The course is based on CBT techniques and mindfulness.

Do you have problems with procrastination?
The Student Health Centre is starting a procrastination group for international students. The group is intended for students who have difficulty organising, or repeatedly postpone, their studies.?The purpose of the group is to work together to reduce procrastination and receive support in behavioural change.
The group meets every week on Thursdays?15:00 16:30 at the Student Health Centre.
You can apply to join the Procrastination Group by sending an email to?malin [dot] kisro [at] stu [dot] lu [dot] se.
We will then contact you with more information and let you know whether there is a place in the group or you have been placed on a waiting list until a place is available.
